Step 1: Schedule a Site Walk

We’ll start by meeting you on-site to walk through your project. 

During this visit, we’ll:

This step helps us understand your vision inside and out, while also identifying requirements and potential challenges upfront. With 50+ years of experience, we have the know-how to spot potential issues before they become expensive surprises.

Step 2: Provide a Timeline

After the site walk, we provide a realistic project timeline. This gives a clear idea of how long the work will take and when to expect us to complete each project phase. 

Step 3: Determine Subcontractor Needs

Next, we evaluate whether any part of the job requires subcontracting. With our in-house team and wide range of capabilities, this step does not often come into play. When it does, however, we only work with trusted professionals who meet our high standards.

Step 4: Deliver a Detailed Estimate

Once the scope and logistics are clear, we prepare a comprehensive estimate for your review. This estimate outlines all costs, so there are no surprises later. When you’re ready to move forward, a $1,000 down payment is typically required to lock in your project.

Step 5: Construction & Completion

When you approve the estimate, our licensed and insured team kicks things into high gear. We’ll coordinate all permits and regulatory requirements, removing the administrative burden from your shoulders. Throughout construction, our team will maintain continuous communication with regular progress updates, so you're never left wondering about your project's status.
